More About This Recipe
- In Venezuela these empanaditas made with puff pastry are called pastelitos. They're a popular breakfast menu item, and they’re truly delicious! The fillings can vary: there are cheese, ham and cheese, chicken, beef, ricotta and spinach empanadas, among the many other kinds. At home I make pastelitos quite often, since they're my family's favorite. Prepare them, and surprise your family with a breakfast that's different and oh-so-tasty!
